industry has caused me (Chris Martinez, Owner) to create a
company that focuses on educating consumers to be better

brokers be "money-driven." As a certified state of
Colorado Educator, I decided to create a mortgage company that
focuses 100% on your individual needs.

in a loan that is negative amortizing or has a pre-pay penalty
unless they specifically request it. I want to empower the
consumer to overcome the barriers of not understanding the
process, not understanding the loan programs, and not being
properly informed about such a major decision, and in most
cases, a life long commitment.
